Chateau de Breze, Crémant de Loire Rosé $23
100% Cabernet Franc. Brut sparkling wine made in the Champagne Method. 24-36 months lees contact. Wine offers nice high-toned balance between rich mouth feel/texture. Overachiever from the Saumur area of the Loire valley.
Roots, Sparkling Pinot Noir, Oregon $25
Pinot noir is a classic Champagne grape. Roots is an awesome company with a hilarious owner/maker, Chris Berg. This wine is fresh, dry, and beautiful. From a single vineyard, Mason Ridge, in the Willamette Valley.
Chateau Mauny, Cremant de Loire $17
Sparkling Chenin Blanc! From Anjou in the Loire. Beautiful light-yellow color. Nose of yellow flesh fruit such as peach. Soft and clean. Nice volume on the palate and good persistence. Great finesse of the bubbles.
Roots, Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc, Oregon $25
It is not very often you run a cross a sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. This dude is rare, hip, and toats dee-lish. From the afore mentioned Roots wine company that is cool and funny. This wine is exotic and special.
Antica Fratta Brut, Franciacorta DOCG, Italy $29
Franciacorta is Italian Champagne. Created using the traditional methods and traditional grapes. In this case Chardonnay. This bubble is full and refreshing with fruity and floral characteristics, pale yellow in color. With a very intense bouquet and full, acidic tinge on the tongue.
