HOURS: 2PM - 8 PM

Wine Tasting: $25

L’Ecole, Grenache Rosé          Columbia Valley, Washington    $20

L’Ecole No. 41 is one of the founding wineries of Walla Walla, started in 1983. Walla Walla is known for giving Washington wines both structure and freshness, and this rosé leans into that with a bright, dry style, watermelon, strawberry, raspberry, and a little Thai basil lift. The blend is Grenache, and it’s made to stay crisp and pure, with no oak so the fruit and herbal notes stay front and center.

Pine Ridge, Viognier/Chenin     Clarksburg, California $17

Started as an experimental blend, then became a signature white for the winery. The blend is 80% Chenin Blanc and 20% Viognier. Chenin brings citrusy structure and freshness, while Viognier adds perfume and a rounder texture. We find kiwi, melon, key lime, white flowers, honeysuckle, peach, apricot, and a clean, zippy finish, all kept bright by 100% stainless steel fermentation and aging.

Illahe, Pinot Noir “Miette”       Dallas, Oregon    $25

Miette vineyard shows a gentle, layered style with cherry, blueberry, candied orange, and baking spice. For oak and structure, the cuvée is handled with about 20% whole cluster and aged in barrel with just 10% new French oak, so it has some frame without losing its delicate fruit.

K Vintners, Stoneridge Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley, Washington, $55

The Royal Slope brings depth and concentration to this Cabernet. Showing black cherry, blackberry, cocoa, graphite, mint, and savory herb notes, and leans more muscular and cellar-worthy than soft and easygoing. Cabernet Sauvignon with Syrah in the blend, whole-cluster fermentation, and extended time in French oak, makes a serious, structured style rather than a steel-driven one.
