Nino Franco, Valdobbiadenne Prosecco Brut Veneto, Italy $25
Valdobbiadenne is a specific zone inside Prosecco that produces the highest quality wines of the region. 100% Glera with aromas of white spring flowers, ripe pear, and apple. The palate is creamy and balanced, showcasing crisp citrus and orchard fruit framed by vibrant acidity and an elegant, persistent perlage.
Domaine des Vallees, Sancerre Loire Valley, France $29
Sancerre is one of the best paces in the world for 100% Sauvignon Blancs. Pouilly Fume to the east of the Loire river, and Sancerre to the west, each region's terroir imparts slightly different characteristics to their respective wines. Mostly unoaked, these wines have amazing structure with perfumy notes of grapefruit and gooseberry with a slight note of honey.Notes of citrus, grapefruit, and flinty mineral finish characteristic of Sancerre’s limestone soils. Aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness.

Second lable from Force Majeure! Ruby hues with a plum rim. Savory and complex notes of black fruits, spicy oak, wild sage, and scorched earth. Full-bodied, concentrated, and powerful on the palate, it brings beautiful fruit, lots of tannins, and outstanding length. 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, and the rest Petit Verdot.
Saviah Cellars, “The Stones Speak” Syrah The Rocks- Walla Walla, Washington $64
Saviah Cellars was founded in 2000 by Richard Funk. His team produces wines that showcase the deep, savory, and often "funky" qualities of the Rocks District. The wines from the Rocks often emulate the rich meaty wines of the Northern Rhone. Giant “pudding stones” help drain the vines and “speak” with a gurgle and a whisper of the draining. This is the flagship Syrah from Saviah Cellars. This single vineyard, terroir-driven wine displays heady aromatics of dark plum fruit, olive tapenade, charcuterie, herbs and petrichor. The texture is silky and plush with layers of red and black fruits, umami, smoked meat, potpourri, and French oak layers of vanilla and spice. It represents Washington’s top Rhône-style wines with complexity, sustainable farming, and refined structure.
