Trasiego, Rose “Rose Quarts”, Leyda Valley Chile  $16

Elegant, with expressive nose of strawberries, cherries, and a bit of citrus and orange blossom. Lively and fresh; feels full and textured on the mouth with almost a creamy but zesty mineral finish.

Gönc, Rose “Anna”,  Štajerska Slovenia  $21

Peter Gönc has been making wines from his family’s estate in the oldest town in Slovenia, Ptuj. He named this bottle after his grandmother, Anna. 

Zesty and joyful. Hints of strawberry, cranberry, and peach, and minerality in the finish. This is exceptionally good rosé for the price.Hints of white flowers and minerals linger on a tart but fruity finish. 

50% Zametna Crnina, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Grigio and 10% Blaufränkisch Aged 3 months on fine lees. 

Torre Mor, Rose, Willamette Oregon  $22

Dr. Donald Olson moved to Oregon to pursue this vision and purchased McDaniel vineyard in the Willamette Valley, planted in 1972, and renamed it Olson Estate Vineyard. High in the Dundee Hills, the ten acres of old vines produce high-quality Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay Salmon-hued with delicate aromas. The flavors show a refreshing acidity with juicy strawberries and a touch of crème brulee. The mouthfeel is bright with texture and a long juicy finish

 Zephir, Rose, Cotes du Provence France $29

A very beautiful cuvée composed mainly of Tibouren, a red French wine grape variety that is primarily grown in Provence and Liguria but originated in Greece and possibly even the Middle East. It is characterized by subtle and fine aromas of white flowers, bitter almond, and a splendid citrus zest. On the palate, this wine has a lot of volume, richness and length. Refined, concentrated, juicy, hints of white flowers, citrus blossom, stones, structured body, good intensity, long persistence.
