Here is the Lineup!

Piffaudiere, “Piff” Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine, France $22

Aromatic and balanced wine, the golden color with green reflections will not leave you indifferent... Very expressive, intense aromas of blackcurrant or boxwood buds, but also of citrus fruits or even exotic fruits will be offered to you during the tasting. When served chilled, it will express a beautiful minerality.

Bonnet-Huteau, “Perles d’Agathe” Brut Rose, Muscadet, France $19

This traditional method of sparkling wine comes from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It is a crémant of pleasure with little notes of cranberry and gourmet aromas of delicate red fruits.-Organic

Clos Roussely, “Canaille” Gamay, Touraine, France $18

The wine is red with purple reflections, and exuberantly fragrant right out of the bottle, even with a slight ‘bistro-inspired’ chill. No need to overthink this one—tannins are perfectly supple after two years of aging, dry and silky enough to pair perfectly with medium-rare steak frites but fine enough to enjoy without anything more than good company. Canaille bursts with muddled raspberries and cool earth notes on the nose, but drinks more savory, firm and restrained than you might expect on the palate. The old vines give depth to a bushel of black cherries and fresh nutmeg notes, each mouthful highlighted by firm acidity and a lingering note of wet-clay minerality. It’s a bottle full of easy pleasures, terrifyingly easy to drink and wonderfully hard to forget.

Domaine de Fages Malbec, Cahors, France $16

Malbec lovers of all ages and backgrounds please gather around. This red is an any time of year wine, with its bold body and upbeat energy. Toting a little bit of fat in all the right places and a strong grip that will have you swooning. This is a wine of no intimidation but so much inspiration. Energized raspberries, crunchy minerals and the smell that comes of the lake as you watch a sunrise on the dock. Freshly bloomed lush cherry blossoms and inky lavender notes. This wine will keep you warm when the snow is falling and will be there holding your hand when it melts.

Mas des Restanques Vacqueyras, Vacqueyras, France $33

In this wine, elegant notes of charred earth and stone accent ripe but restrained cassis and mulberry flavors. A luscious but savory, firmly structured blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, it's lifted by swathes of sun-dried thyme and mint.
