Here is the Lineup!
Cave Spring Riesling, Ontario / Niagara Peninsula Canada $19
Take off ‘eh? All my hoser buddies love good Riesling. Heres one I’d take to the hockey game.
Balance is the watchword for this wine, reaching across the dynamic tension between the residual fruit sugar and the searing acidity. In the mix are tangy flavors of apple, white melon, lemon and tangerine.
Queen of the Sierra, White Blend, California $22
Hand-picked, foot-trod and co-fermented with native yeast in open tank, then transferred to large neutral barrel and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal Sulfur. Composed of Riesling, Chardonnay, and Verdelho, the wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on limestone.
Yamhill, Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon $23
Estate grown and bottled Pinot Noir from one of the Willamette's founding families! Since 1983, Yamhill Valley Vineyards has made classic wines of style and pedigree. So smooth and generous, this delicious wine shows layers of summer cherry and ripe raspberry with a touch of sage, and earth on a lifted finish.
Lydian, Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley Washington. $27
A new vintage from Chris Peterson (formerly Delille) Full-bodied and rich, with black cherry, currant, dark chocolate, and fresh herbs. Great Washington Cabernet character and structure
