Rhone Valley
Rhone Valley is in the south of France. The specialize in blending grapes of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre. As well as white wines! We will celebrate the southern Rhone Valley with 3 reds and 1 white. The White is from. Washington, but a Rhone grape: Roussanne. The red will be from France herself. Two Cotes du Rhone, and one Chateauneuf Du Pape. Come in to hear all about the difference and profiles!!!

Roussane, Yakima Valley, Washington $27
We start our tasting out with a Yakima Valley gem! Sourced from a single vineyard, Structure winery treats their grapes with love and care; their approach is to treat the fruit with respect and maintain the integrity of the varietal. Clean nose, some white flowers. Strong minerality with some oak and cream. Finishes with a slight lingering mouthfeel. Perfect for a cold winter night after the first snowfall.
Julien Mus, Cotes du Rhone, France $19
A 100% Grenache, from old vines. This cuvée is picked early in the morning to preserve the freshness of the grenaches as much as possible. This gives a rich, fresh and round cuvée. fun, earthy, essences of ripe fruits with a dash of garrigue and wild yeasts. Best thing yet- its biodynamic and organic!
Paul Autard, Cotes d’ Rhone, Rhone France $21
This beautiful wine is hand harvested and aged entirely in tanks for 6 months. Full bodied babe, fruity and expressive. The nose reveals aromas of garrigue and licorice on the palate raspberry and cherry with its long finish and peppery. Made with 70%Grenache 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre.
Crous ST. Martin Chateaneuf Du Pape, France $37
A beautiful clean ruby color. The nose will reveal aromas of cherry, mulberry, and fine spices. Sensual mouthfeel expressing depth and smoothness with aromas of kirsch, blackcurrant, followed by fine spices such as thyme, licorice, and white pepper. Tannins are present but are polished and silky. Complex wine with roundness, power, and a long mouthfeel. Blend: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre
