A classic taste from this French rose. Very dry, crisp, and refreshing.  Light medium-bodied, with notes of strawberry and raspberry. Pair with light foods, salads, spicy foods, drink solo, or in the pool!  You have to see this delicious Provencal Grenache/Syrah to believe it!!

Quinta dos Roques Quinta do Correio Branco, Dao Portugal $12

A high octane (13.5%) Dão white. Fatty fleshy stone fruit aromas. Full bodied. Light salinity leaning towards savoury. Mellow underlying fruitiness. Alcohol sits a little high. Great and harmonious with salty creamy risotto. Almonds and pears. Dry with good balance between bitter and acidity. 

Silvano Piacentini, Soave Classico, Verona Italy   $16

Garganega with pale lemon color. Quite a bright citrus and fresh peach nose.  ON the Palate is dry, medium body, beautiful acids, really excellent example at a good price. Lots of fresh ripe peach, fresh bright citrus and zing. Great with pasta, delicious

Lemon, lemon, lemon… This one is deliciously fruity and lively with layers of apricot, fresh-squeezed Meyer lemon, pear, mango, kiwi and a pinch of lemon basil, which are backed by lovely minerality. Zesty and mouthwatering acidity pulses through the never-ending finish that can cut into the heat of spicier dishes

Lively and fresh, this all stainless wine showcases our lovely Chardonnay from Stillwater Creek. An aroma of crisp nectarine is punctuated on the palate by gala apple, pear, and lush lemon curd. Ageing on the yeast adds a plush mouthfeel to a clean but satisfying finish. Excellent.
