Like a watching a sunrise or a sunset we enjoy the transition from dark to light. We kick off the palate party with pink hues, salmon tones with shades of copper. The bottles containing fresh, bright, light and refreshing Rosé. And wait for the night, where darkness prevails with a purple-black fullness Tempranillo, Malbec, and Grenache. In this Pink and black tasting, we contrast and compare breakfast wines with evening wines!

Mont Gravet, Rose, Southern France $10
100% old vines Cinsault. Pale pink but wonderfully fresh and balanced with character that is fruit forward for a dry Rose wine. The wine has lovely aromas of raspberry and blackberry and is full body and long on the palate.
Mathilde Chapoutier, “Grand Ferrage” Provence Rose, Provence France $21
A classic Provence rose with its strawberry, white cherry, and salty mineral aromas and flavors. This beauty is clean, classy, and balanced, with vibrant acidity keeping you coming back to the glass.
Finn Hill, Blondie Rose Washington $19
Electric pink in color, this brings wild strawberry, cherry, watermelon and spice aromas on the nose. crisp. Great with fruit, light fare on a hot summer day
Juan Gil, Tempranillo $16
Deep purple/black color. Explosive aromas of ripe currant, red berries and smoked notes. Rich, powerful and voluminous on the attack, a huge mouthful of crème-de-cassis concentration, silken and juicy in the mid-palate with excellent length and persistence, and a long spicy well-balanced finish including toasted notes provided by the French wood.
Milbrandt Malbec $21
Marionberry, blackberry and loganberry, this wine is full and lush in texture and flavor. Coffee and cocoa notes complement fine tannins that give way to a velvety mouthfeel flowing into a long finish.
Morca Godina, Grenache $25
100% Garnacha! Raised 15 months in oak barrels Need a 3 hour decant time. On the nose dark cherries, vanilla, Asian spices, concentrated on the palate, black and red berries flavors, mocha, vanilla, fine cedar and spice, smooth ripe tannin, firm structure, not fully in balance right now, need a few years more!
