Paltrinieri, Lambrusco di Sorbara      Emilio-Romagna    $22

Paltrinieri family has been doing Lambrusco since 1926. Lambrusco from the Sorbara grape is one of the lightest and most fragrant Lambrusco styles. A vibrant deep red color, showcasing its fine perlage with wild strawberry, raspberry, violet, citrus peel, and a tangy, mouthwatering finish. Made entirely from Sorbara, and fermented in stainless steel, with traditional fermentation in bottle.

Sergio Arcuri, “Il Marinetti” Gaglioppo Rosato          Calabria, Italy    $29

Sergio Arcuri is a fourth-generation family estate in Cirò Marina, Calabria, with roots going back to 1880, and the property is closely tied to the region’s old-school revival of Gaglioppo. Raspberries, bramble, lemon pith, thyme, sage, and mineral saltiness. 100% Gaglioppo and vinified in steel to keep its freshness and texture.

Torre Porzione, Frascati Superiore Blanc         Lazio, Italy    $23

Antonio Pulcini has guided this winery in Frascati since 1974, with family roots on the property stretching back many generations. Antonio has a focus on the area’s older local grapes. Frascati Superiore is a blend centered on Malvasia Puntinata, Trebbiano, and Malvasia di Candia. Made entirely in steel, which keeps it bright, soft, and aromatic, with nutty yellow fruit, white flowers, and a stony, volcanic edge from the Castelli Romani soils.

Terre Bianche, Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente      Liguria, Italy   $39

Pigato itself is one of the region’s classic grapes, It is a special Vermentino, that starts to freckle (pigato) when ripe, long adapted to the steep coastal hills of the Riviera Ligure di Ponente. The wine is very aromatic with a mineral expresion. Dry and savory, with peach, herbs, acacia honey, citrus, and a subtle bitter finish, and the style has a Mediterranean from hillside vineyards.

Time: 2pm - 8pm or until the bottles run dry!
