Join us for a tasting through some of Italy’s most expressive white wines, from crisp and mineral to lush and textured. Each pour highlights a different region, grape, and style, offering a chance to explore bright citrus, stone fruit, floral notes, and savory finishes side by side. Umani Ronchi, Pecorino Campania, Italy $19
Named for pecora (sheep), since the grapes were historically eaten by sheep grazing the pastures. Bright straw yellow in color, with aromas of wildflowers, white peach, pear, and citrus zest, green apple, fresh herbs, and a subtle honeyed edge. Finish is tart, savory, and refreshingly mouthwatering.
Le Battistelle 'Montesei' Soave Classico Soave, Italy $23
Volcanic soils and steep hillside vineyards give the grape, Garganega, its trademark lift and mineral bite. The palate shows juicy citrus, white peach, and the classic Soave touch of almond, finishing with a clean, saline edge. Finishes with lemon blossom, crushed stone, and a soft waxy texture that adds depth.
Terre di Sarizzola, Piccolo Derthona Bianco $24
Delicate and ethereal, the nose of this Timorasso offers a wafting mix of white peach and magnolia. The palate takes a leaner, more angular approach, with bright acidity that cuts through the fruit and leaves the mouth watering. Tart citrus flavors intertwine with a hint of salinity, creating a vibrant, energetic finish.
Feudi S Gregorio, Greco di Tufo Campania, Italy $34
Greco (greek) is an ancient grape. Intense and persistent on the nose, with clear fruit-driven aromas and a broad, spicy minerality typical of the volcanic soils found in the Tufo region. Look for peach, melon, almond, herbs, lemon peel, fennel, stone fruit, with a whisper of balsamic. In the finish we find a flinty minerality, and a richer texture that still stays zippy and focused.
