Wine Tasting: $25

Upsidedown, “Rescue” Rose.        Yakima, Washington    $25

The only Nebbiolo rosé from Washington state is whole cluster pressed and receives extended lees. This varietal imparts a different taste when it comes to Roses. This gem has hints of melon, white peach, honey crisp apple, a bit of tang on the finish with almost a chalky quality. The great thing about this winemaker’s minimalist approach to winemaking is that you get a great representation of the fruit. Aaaand.. Who doesn’t like a wine with a purpose! Some proceeds are donated to animal shelters sin King County. “Rescue” Rose is fantastic…

Anne Amie, Pinot Gris        Willamette Oregon  $22

This Humble favorite is an elegant expression of this versatile varietal. Intensely aromatic powdery floral notes give way to a palate of Asian pear, Meyer lemon and rose petal, citrus, gardenia, orange blossom, green tea, vanilla, orange peel, jasmine, white peach, citrus, fennel flowers, green apple, white strawberry. Whoa!! Balanced and crisp,

Sage Rat, “Ditch Rider” Red Blend        Yakima Valley, Washington   $30

Aromas of wild strawberry, brambles, mineral, and underbrush, and a whiff of chocolate! On the palate we find plum, dried straw, tart blackberries, blueberry, and black cherry stones. Well balanced. 60% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Franc Aged 11 months in neutral French oak.

Seghesio,  Zinfandel “Sonoma”         Sonoma, California     $24

We love this wine! Wine Spectator #1 Value Wine of The Year 2024! Vivacious and briary, this Zin is generous with a big personality, offering blackberry and orange peel accents that zip along the zesty finish. A great selection for any Zin lover or newbie alike. A little cooler growing in Sonoma than the popular Lodi-Zin’s, this wine is elegant and flavorful.

Time: 2pm - 8pm or until the bottles run dry!
