100% Macabeo. Cava sparkling white wine from Catalunya in the north east of Spain. Fresh and crisp wine with a high acidity combined with a little fruity aftertaste. Pale yellow of color. Aromas of stone fruit and toast. Flavors of citrus fruit, brioche and peach.
Recaredo, Penedes Blanco “Miranius” Penedes Spain $23
This wine is pure Xarel·lo. A grape usually reserved for Cava, but done here in a is a style that is approachable, and clean. The wine shows a freshness with great balance and a solid minerality. The wine is aged for 6 monyths on the lees, and very low sulphur. Well dang!

Manchela is a high altitude region situated beetween two rivers anad close to the Mediterranean Sea, boasting a dry. Icro Climate and the “Solano”. Morava Agria is an ancient graoe variety, only found in Manchuela. An earthy red withhigh acidity and freshness. Organically grown.
Perinet, “Merit” Priorat, Priotat Spain $35
Ruby garnet with touches of red geranium and mashed raspberries on the rim. On the nose you’ll find a beautiful explosion of macerated strawberries with tulips, red currant, wild herbs, thyme, and crushed metamorphic rocks. On the mouth is light, crisp, and fressh, evolving into a silky mid-palate with touches of dark cherries. Crispy minerality, lingering acidity, and touches of dense tannins with balsamic notes and licorice. 35% Syrah, 25% Garnatxa, 20% Carinyena & 20% Merlot. Wow!!!
