Anne Amie, Amrita, Sparkling $17

Grapes were brought directly to the winery in 1/2 ton totes in perfect condition. They were carefully sorted by hand; whole cluster pressed and placed into temperature controlled stainless steel fermenters. The wine aged on its lees for four months before blending and bottling. Aroma of guava, mandarin, jasmine flower, cherimoya, citrus blossom, ginger. Flavors of white strawberry, lychee, nectarine, honeysuckle, quince, green pineapple, St. Germain, summertime. This bubble finishes with some spicy, mineral driven and effervescent.

Alexana, Terroir Series Pinot Gris $29

The fruit for this wine is double hand-sorted and the juice is pressed off whole cluster. We ferment the juice fully and allow the finished wine to sit on the lees stirring every two weeks extracting further flavor and texture. On the nose, notes of fig, bubblegum and red apple. On the palate, rich & rounded flavors present themselves with melon & citrus notes.

Grochau Cellars, 'Commuter Cuvee' Pinot Noir $21

Made with minimal interventions in the winemaking process, this dark and smooth pinot brings out the uniqueness of its region in the form of an eminently versatile wine. Equally at home on a celebratory dinner table and a bike-ride picnic, it combines a mineral earthiness with luscious black cherry, ripe red berries, and a hint of herbal spice. Organically grown, low-intervention/natural wine.

Autre Monde, Passetoutgrain, Pinot & Gamay Noir $24

Recently released, this 50/50 Gamay Noir & Pinot Noir produced under 100 cases!

Savory, dark yet bright fruit-forward aromas and flavors of black cherry and blueberry, followed by a savory, smoky note and a dash of all-spice. A fun value wine meant for quaffing over the coming few months.
