WHAAA!!! shington

Washington wine month is ending and we will finish out with two fun wineries. Linen, who sources fruit from Walla Walla (second label to Bergevin). And then we try a set of wines from “The Thrilla from Zillah”….. Two Mountain!! Now these boys know how to craft wines that punch way over their class.

Wine Tasting: $15!

Wednesday. March 30th

2:00 PM till the bottles are dry!

Here is the Lineup!

Linen, Sauvignon Blanc,   $17

40 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines at Willard Farms produce a wine with crisp citrus, sweet pear, peach and green apple flavors. These delicious flavors are created by pressing the grapes and using cold stabilization to preserve the acidity and fruit flavors.

Two Mountain Chardonnay,    $22

This classic Chardonnay has aromas of ripe apple and hay with hints on toast and vanilla followed by inviting flavors of overripe pears. Notes of coffee are framed by the subtle oak structure.

Linen Red Blend,     $18

A surprisingly affordable wine made entirely with Walla Walla fruit produced by Bergevin Lane. The varietal content is 56% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 8% Petite Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc, and 4% Malbec. Aromas of bright cherry and raspberry, with smooth tannins and flavors of blackberries, plum, and cocoa.

Two Mountain, Syrah,    $25

HOT DANG!! Rich aromas of blueberry cobbler, old leather, vanilla and toasty French oak are followed by flavors of blackberry, overripe wild huckleberry, white pepper and fig.
