Alta Alella Mirgin, Cava Brut Nature “Laietà”, Penedes, Spain $29

The Laietans were an ancient Iberian (Pre-Roman) people that inhabited the Barcelona City’s northern part. Pale yellow with golden reflections. White fruit aromas with a floral aftertaste , notes of almond. Super dry yet slightly fruity. Tasty with a lingering finish. Grapes = Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo) - Macabeu - Chardonnay - Pinot Noir


Amity White Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon $24

Produced from mature vines, this wine has intense lemon custard, pineapple, and melon notes. Amity Vineyards sits atop the Amity Hills in the Willamette Valley, the heart of Oregon Wine Country. The Pinot Noir is produced from some of the oldest vines in the state of Oregon.


Castle & Crown, Pinot Noir, Madrona Hill, Oregon $39

Intense nose of blueberries. Strawberries and blueberries at the first sip, followed by earthiness,. Integrated tannins. Dark, garnet color. Decanted half an hour. Very enjoyable. Medium finish.


Querciabella, Chanting Classico, Tuscany Italy $34

A delicious Chianti Classico that just so happens to use no animal products or byproducts are used in the production of this wine, making it suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It uses natural winemaking with minimal intervention, and then14 months in fine-grained oak.
