This is a rare example of this variety from Washington and a rare Puget Sound grown wine! Rondo is an early ripening grape which is why we can find in places like Puget Sound, Rheinhessen and in many locations in northern Europe including Denmark, England, Ireland, Wales, the Netherlands and Sweden.

Folk Machine, Valdiguie, Redwood Valley Mendocino CA $22

Valdiguie is a grape that is from the Languedoc-Roussillon region in Southern France. This California version is a lean, light-bodied wine with plenty of acidity, somewhat similar to Beaujolais. The perfect summer red, serve slightly chilled.

Redentore, Raboso, Veneto Italy $21

Very enjoyable wine. Nose reach and complex with black cherry and red fruit notes well combine with hints of leather and chocolate. In mouth mid bodied and smooth with expressive, not to high acidity, delicate touch of swiftness and well perceptible, soft tannins.
