Reds, Whites, and Oooooh’s
We taste through a wonderful display of florally focused wines. If it’s a bit of violets or roses, the floral notes accent the wines in a way that make them classy and sassy! For the 4th we had to add a sparkler, hence Champagne. All these wines are fun and full bodied.
Try them tonight!!!!

Temper, Big Driver Red, Yakima $19
Hand made by Javier Alfonso of Pomum/Idilico from top vineyards in the Yakima valley. Aromas of cherry, black currant, licorice and spice with an appealingly rich and concentrated palate of black and blue fruit flavors.
Martin Woods, Pinot Noir “Jessie James Vineyard”, $39
Martin Woods wines are aged in Oregon oak, mostly neutral. This is exceptionally fragrant, with whiffs of violets, mint and body powder. Supple on the palate, those scents connect directly to flavors of rose petals, raspberries and red plums. The finish is as smooth and soft as the entry, with a gentle dusting of cocoa powder.
