@ Humble Vine, April 10th, 4pm till the bottles run dry….

Minimus, Willamette Valley White, Oregon $27

Clean, crisp, refreshing white wine with lively acidity? Here it is, our 2017 Willamette Valley White blend. New to the Minimus line-up and close to our hearts, this wine is going to move fast. Catch a bottle or two before it's gone! A blend of 3 grapes: Melon de Bourgogne, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc.

Fay d’Homme, “Fief des Couteaux” Muscadet, France $18

A wine that is long on the palate, powerful, well-structured and with a present minerality.

Arndorfer Vorgeschmack, Red, Austria $19

this silky, light Austrian red is great on its own on summer's evening, or with aperitif. The wine is 80% Zweigelt with the rest made up of Pinot Noir, which is blended seamlessly. Light body, with a touch of cranberry and a soft edge. Extra Delicious

St. Reginalds Parish, “Marigny Super Deluxe” Pinot Noir, Oregon $27

Biodynamic 100% Pinot Noir. A gorgeous Willamette Pinot with the balance of a ballerina, made by a character from Louisiana, named after the “Marigny” neighborhood in NOLA. Made from organic fruit grown on volcanic and marine soils, it's light bodied, light in color but rich in flavor and tannin. Not your run of the mill Willamette Pinot. She holds a spicy character with dried strawberry compote, minerally, with sippable acidity, red pie cherry flavors

Vignale di Cecilia, Covolo, Italy $22

Covolo is from the Veneto Italy but is a blend of the Bordeaux grapes. This one is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with only indigenous yeasts and a maceration of the skins for about 20 days depending on the vintage. Ruby red color with red fruit aromas and vinous aromas. The taste is warm, full-bodied with a nice acidity.
