Magic Nectar…Wine
As the wine coats the pallet, the taste buds perk up and allow the coursing nectar to careen down its awaiting arms and whisks it away into the pockets of our jaws. Where it sits and casts a spell upon our memory and nervous system. Provoking our past olfactory responses to rise up and join the current chemical reaction in the pinching cheeks and salivating tongue. What a drink! Come experience our display of magic.

Stolpman, Roussanne, Ballard Canyon CA $29
A combination of Neon Yellow and Peachy Cream in appearance, please decant this wine to show it off, or at the very least, hold your glass up to the light. Singularly unique in appearance. DO NOT fear the cloudiness, it is intentional!! Tangerine orange blossom, honey and a continuum of lemon sing all the way through the palate.
Leah Jorgensen, The Mermaid “Crater View Vineyard”, 2017, Rogue Valley, OR $28
This delightful and refreshing wine is atypical in all the right ways. Intensely aromatic, it conveys a lush mix of honeysuckle, sweet hay, smoke, lime and honeydew melon. And that's before you take the first sip. The low alcohol and bright acidity set it up for a wide range of poultry, pasta and seafood options, and anything with goat cheese is sure fire.
Lady Hill, Procedo Red Blend, Columbia Valley WA, $25
