Run the Gamut
: to encompass an entire range of something
We are gonna Run the gamut… So, we will try wines 5 from 5 different regions. Starting with our most popular sparkling wine from Italy! Then, we move into a full bodied and full flavored white from Rueda Spain, So good…. For the reds we offer a Rhone Valley wine that is… Wild… Unmanipulated, deep, dark, and dank: In the best way. Then to a California Pinot Noir that is impressive at its worst. Big fruit and lush. Then to a BIG Cab Franc from our neighbor Whidbey Island. Gotta Catch em’ All!!

Borgo Alato, Prosecco, Italy $11
Our most popular “house” bubble. Dry with hints of lemon zest. Has a pale light-yellow color, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes reminiscent of peach and green apple. There are also good secondary notes of flowers like Acacia and Lilac. Good
Buil And Guine, Nosis, Ruesda Spain $15
“Nosis” is a very aromatic and expressive wine. Verdejo, is used. A dry, fresh and very fruity white wine. Complex, with notes of tropical fruits: pineapple, mango, passion fruit. Very well balanced wine. Yet complex with intense aromas.
Caves Jamet, “Le Sang Du Peuple”, Rhone Valley France $14
In the hills of Chateaneuf du Pape comes this revolutionary wine. Lovely dark velvet, almost black in color. This wine has an unsweetened black cherry and red fruit nose. In taste, dry and very earthy with high minerals. This winery loves to color outside the lines. Damn the conventional!!! This wine is crazy. Unfiltered…really unfiltered. Lol. Viva Revolution!!!
Fluer Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir, Carneros California $19
Outstanding Pinot noir from California. Carneros is at the bottom of the Napa/Sonoma chain. Roses, lavender and dried herb wrap around the nose of this wine, a light-bodied expression that's enjoyable and approachable. The structure is moderate, as is the acidity, with a straightforward approach to the texture.
Whidbey Island Winery, Cabernet Franc, Yakima Washington $24
Hyper local! Cab franc made and bottled on Whidbey Island, grown in Yakima! Mellow earthy aromas lead to flavors of dusty plum, black currant, chocolate and licorice. A pinch of the savory to go with the Washington ripeness. Try the “other” Cabernet. Wow!
