Ideal as an apertif, Greco di Tufo is excellent with seafood dishes, white sauces and antipasti.

Nice complexity of fruit. Very well balanced. Amazing minerality.

Complex nose of leather, cedar, ang anise., Soft and supple in the middle well made and approachable with a hint of sweetness. Elegant and structured, but never over-rich. Very nice tannins, the taste of violets makes it nice and gentle to the tongue.
