Celebrate the day of Love with a gang of Rose! Pink is the color of our cheeks blushing, our hearts swelling, and our wine on Wednesday. Taste these delicious middle-hued wines from Spain, France, and Washington! We will look into the hot world of Pink wine from an array of makers. From the fun/local “Gargeist”, to the world class heart of rose’s in Bandol, South Rhone. We hope you stop in Humble Vine on Valentine’s Day 4pm to 8pm, and feel the love.
Vega Medien Brut Rose, Spain NV $10.50
Cava with red currant color. Has bright, fine, and persistent bubbles with elegant reflections. Intense fragrance, displays aromas of ripe red raspberries on a pastry and mocha background, A little citrus dances on the palate. Creamy and persistent in the mouth texture. Balanced acidity, with slight hints of rye bread and a long finish.
Omnivore Rose, Columbia Valley 2016 $15
72 cases total production, made from Cabernet Franc grapes from the Noel Vineyard in Yakima Heights, this Rosé was aged six months on lees. Very little skin contact gives you the very sexy color. The nose is loaded with red fruit and flowers. The palate with strawberry, cherry, raspberry, lanolin, lilac, with nice weight and acid, with good length to the finish.

Light pink color. Red berries and peach flavors with spicy overtones. Elegant wine combining roundness and freshness. To be drunk young. 65% Grenache, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah. A great value and a great rose!

Salmon-pink color, clear and brilliant. The nose is fruity and spicy, reminiscent of wild strawberry and fine Provencal spices. The palate is full, well-balanced and fruity, with a long, fresh finish. A beautiful and delicate Rose which is a great example from the Rhone
Vital, Rose, Columbia Valley 2016 $19
Provence-colored rosé of Sangiovese comes off Seven Hills Vineyard, and the nose is one of dusty Rainier cherry, white peach and melon. Its filled with finesse and beautifully crisp all the way through the flavors of cherry, white strawberry and clementine.
Domaine du Gros Nore, Bandol Rosé, Bandol, Provence, Rhone, France 2015 $32
“This has lovely focus and cut, with a racy beam of peach, nectarine and blood orange flavors carried by finely beaded acidity. The long finish has a lovely mineral echo. (90 pts)”, Wine Spectator. This vintage was one of the best in southern Rhone has seen. These producers are a little fish making big waves in the grand cru of Provence; Bandol. This guy is exciting and world-class.
