Dresses and Ties are not required. We shall taste 3 sparkly bubbles and 2 seriously snappy dark reds, the final tasting before we toss out our old calendars. We will be open from Noon to 6 to offer a Happy New year wish before we run home to cook snacks and watch the space needle blow off fireworks. Stock up on the bubbs before the ball drops…

For this cuvée very nice, fresh and expressive. This classic Brut is Traditional Method, born from a blend of Syrah 35%, Pinot Noir 35%, and Chardonnay 30%. A cuvée with evolved aromas, dominated by the notes of dried fruit and fresh almonds, still delivering touches of apple and a mineral tip.
Case Paolin, Prosecco, Treviso Italy $21
Just north of Venice lies the prosecco region of Treviso. Wonderful bubbly from the grape Glera mostly. Citrus blossom, pear and a whiff of wild herb aromas carry over to the palate along with white peach and a hint of lemon drop. It's bright and creamy, with lively acidity and a soft mousse.

It is a blend of estate melon, chardonnay, pinot blanc and folle blanche. Authentically on the upper end of off-dry with honey, pear, tangerine, on a moderate acidity palate.
