Locus, Semillon, Rattlesnake Hills 2016 $19

A single vineyard,100% Sémillon from Dineen vineyard. Semillon, resilient and hearty, loves the hot days and cool nights of Yakima Valley, producing plenty of acid to balance a soft creaminess and zesty lemon flavors.

Orr Wines, Old Vine Chenin Blanc, Columbia Valley 2017 $19

Famed Female wine maker Erica Orr. Very fresh aromas of green fruits like kiwi and honeydew melon. Bright, focused and very dry, a tiny bit saline in the mouth with a hint of cucumber peel and wet sidewalk in the finish

Baer Winery, “Shard” Unoaked Chardonnay 2016 $27

(Also “made” by Erica Orr!!) Lively and refreshing, this all-stainless wine showcases our lovely Chardonnay from Stillwater Creek. An aroma of crisp nectarine is punctuated on the palate by gala apple, pear, and lush lemon curd. Sur lie aging with regular batonnage adds a plush mouthfeel to a clean but satisfying finish.

Newsprint, Malbec 2016 $19

Get ready to understand why people are have fallen in love with Malbec! This mouth-coating stunner has concentrated flavors of juicy black berry upfront, with hints black pepper and spice. Although big and powerful, this wine is perfect for any occasion.

Ambasador, Estate Syrah, Red Mountain 2014 $27

Blackberry, cranberry, dried blueberry, Christmas spice, and a bit of worn leather and fresh vanilla. Just a touch of smoke, game and a slight touch of maple. A lot of rich fruit on the palate, which pairs nicely with a smoky, sweet spice. Full bodied with a perfectly structured finish. 85% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

Papalow Cellars, GSM, Yakima 2014 $32

This inaugural release from Ben Paplow, assistant winemaker at Gorman Winery, is a blend of 67% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 9% Cinsault and 4% Viognier—all co-fermented and aged in neutral oak. Its blackberry jam, white pepper, flower and orange rind aromas are followed by smooth, polished fruit and meat flavors. It displays a lot of purity and finesse.
